Far East Motors Auto Repair

Excellent service. They leverage technology and provide nice reports that you can review on the phone. I provided some research I had done beforehand and they seemed to appreciate it. They were not fussy or territorial about it, which was nice. I feel like they are an honest shop, plus the environment is clean and orderly.

These guys were real lifesavers when my Hyundai started acting up and the dealer didn't have any appointments for a month. Far East Motors could see me much faster, and they were incredibly kind and communicative. Most importantly, they quickly found the issue and fixed it in just a few hours. So easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Got me in for an oil change late in the day. No fuss and they were SO nice. I get so nervous dealing with auto shops but they were the nicest and accomodating. They let me use my own oil and filter and only charged a $45 labor fee. They also did an inspection for me and told me how much it would be for any of the repairs that they found. I declined them, but it was nice to get! I'm a new used car owner and I think this is going to be my go-to shop going forward! Best part - they gave me cookies at the end. In and out in nearly 30 minutes flat at 4:30pm on a Thursday.

I had a great experience at Far East Motors Auto Repair. The team was very professional, honest, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue with my vehicle. They explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. The service was thorough and I really appreciated their attention to detail. It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but these guys did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto repair.

It's my first time going to a shop and I had a really good experience! I was greeted by Paul, who was really friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a diagnostic and maintenance for my car, turns out I needed my belt and pulley replaced. They run a buffet-style invoice and I had ample time to research what service I want to buy for my car from their invoice list. They took photos of anything concerning which really helped. The diagnostic fee was about $175. There are frequent texts from them and good communication, and the invoice is all digital and can be done without you coming back to the shop. It's very convenient! My replacement was done the next business day in the morning and I was able to make it to work on time. Update: the noise came back and they checked my car free of charge and were still professional in service! Unfortunately my car decided not to produce the noise for them during all the road tests and I plan on coming back when it starts to be more consistent. They offered to have me drive with a technician as well in order to make sure I was satisfied, which was very helpful and courteous!
